With a career spanning decades in the home industry, Mark brings a rare level of technical precision and aesthetic eye to every project. Growing up in a family-owned ceramic tile company, Mark mastered the art of high-end finishes—specializing in ceramic and marble work—long before he led his own ventures.
His dual expertise as a business owner in the renovation and relocation space means he understands the "big picture" of a project while never losing sight of the smallest grout line. Mark’s approach is defined by a commitment to quality and a straightforward, service-first philosophy. When he isn't on a job site or consulting with clients, he’s likely enjoying life in North Carolina with his family, always looking for the next way to turn a vision into a reality.
Sean McIntyre - Director of Business Development
Originally an Ohio native, Sean has proudly called North Carolina home since 2011. While much of his early career was spent in the corporate world, his passion has always been rooted in construction and remodeling. Growing up, Sean spent countless hours working alongside his dad on job sites, where he developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, hard work, and doing things the right way.
Over the years, Sean continued to expand his knowledge by working alongside experienced contractors across multiple construction companies. From remodeling projects to detailed finish work, he developed a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver quality results that last.
Sean has also personally remodeled his own home, giving him a firsthand appreciation for the trust homeowners place in a contractor. He understands that every project is more than just construction — it’s an investment in your home and your family’s future.
By launching his own construction career, Sean has combined his business expertise with his lifelong passion for building. His approach is simple: clear communication, honest work, attention to detail, and results that speak for themselves.
